Why Personal Lubricants
There are many reasons people use personal lubricants over their lifetime.
Until recently there has been many myths about personal lubricants; the main one being is that you shouldn't NEED them.
We prefer to reframe this and suggest that Personal Lubricants can ENHANCE pleasure whether or not you "need" lubricants.
As hormones change, as your libido changes, as your pleasure seeking activitites change; you will be glad you have some lubricant handy.
Options
There are three types of lubricants; Water based, Silicone base and Oil based.
Experts are recommending silicon over water based now as it gives better lasting lubrication.
However it is not for all situations. See this table below.

Natural Oils
Natural oils (coconut oil and olive oil) are good however caution for those prone to thrush.
These are not to be used with condoms as they may affect contraception value.

There is a mixture of water based and silicone based.
